We can help you create strategies and healthy coping tools for use at home, school and socially.
We can support you by giving you information to additional organisations who can further help and support in times in crisis.
The sessions are not intended to be an additional class or program but to provide a non-judgemental and supportive space for children to be themselves and equip them with the emotional tools they need to thrive as an individual.
